UnitedHealthcare Dental PPO

With dental insurance plans for you and your family, we make it easier to keep your smile healthy.

Keeping your vision sharp and your smile beautiful doesn't have to be expensive. The Dental + Vision coverage can help keep you smiling brightly.

Dental coverage works similar to regular health insurance, just for your teeth. You have a deductible and coinsurance, with different benefits for in-network and out-of-network services. You can choose from two benefit plans with different levels of coverage.

Both Value and Premier benefit plans pay the same benefits for in-network services. If your dentist is in the network, the Value benefit is probably your best option. If your dentist is not in the network, the Premier benefit will give you more coverage.

Both plans cover eligible in-network routine preventive care at 100 percent, with no deductible or waiting period. The maximum benefit for both plans is $1,000 per calendar year per covered person.
